1)Install

1. The product has been tested as a whole before leaving the factory, and the user can hoist the entire equipment to the base of the equipment as a whole.

2. The equipment should be leveled as a whole. The leveling position can refer to the upper plane of the deceleration frame, and it should install the equipment on the floor or steel frame.

3. It can add equipment with larger specifications to increase the stability of the equipment and additional support in the horizontal direction to the upper part of the bottom flange. The auxiliary fulcrum will only limit the radial displacement of the device and will not limit the axial displacement.

4. Prepare the pipeline according to the process requirements, clean the foreign objects, clean and replace the equipment, and turn on the power.

2)Preparation before starting

1. The product has undergone a hydraulic test and trial operation before leaving the factory, and all indicators meet the requirements of the drawings.

2. Jog the motor to check whether the stirring is under the rotation direction given in the drawing. It rotates clockwise in the top view and must not be reversed.

3. Measure the radial swing and axial string momentum of the shaft at the mechanical seal to see if it meets the drawing requirements, and check whether the upper end of the mechanical seal is sealed with the cap, and the cap should be in a tightened state.

4. Check the oil level of the reducer. The oil level should be at the normal level.

5. Check whether the coolant of the mechanical seal is smooth.

3)Normal boot

1. First, open the circulating coolant pump, make the hydraulic jet condenser in a working state, open the concentrated liquid container, and pump the vacuum valve.

2. Open the feed valve, and pump the feed liquid from the high-level tank into the equipment according to the vacuum degree.

3. Turn on the power, start the rotary thin film evaporator motor, and observe whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.

4. Slowly open the steam valve, let the steam enter the jacket, remove the non-condensable gas in the jacket from the bypass valve, and then turn on the steam trap. Adjust the steam pressure to about 0.15Mpa.

5. Observe the discharge situation from the bottom view mirror; it is strictly forbidden to operate the equipment when it is full of liquid.

6. After the system is stable for 5 minutes, sample and analyze the concentration of the concentrated solution and adjust the feeding valve 6. The opening amount is to make the concentration of the concentrated solution reach the predetermined required concentration.

7. When the concentrate container is nearly full, follow the steps to switch to another container.

8. If the user's conditions allow, the height of the evaporator will be increased, and two concentrate containers are not required, or the concentrate can be directly pumped out using an automatic speed-regulating pump.

4)Normal shutdown

1. Close the steam valve first.

2. Close the feed valve.

3. After the material liquid in the evaporator is drained, close the discharge valve.

4. Add flushing water of about 60 degrees to the evaporator to rinse the equipment.

5. Shut down the motor.

6. Stop the circulating water pump and the jet pump, and open the vacuum break valve to keep the system in a normal pressure state.

5)Emergency shutdown

1. Emergency shutdown is required in the following situations

1) Sudden power failure or sudden trip.

2) The steam pressure-reducing valve fails, and the pressure exceeds the specified pressure.

3) The feed is suddenly cut off.

4) The machine has an abnormal impact sound.

2. Emergency stop sequence

1) Immediately close the steam valve and feed valve.

2) Cut off all power of the system and turn off the motor.

3) The rest follow the normal steps to stop.

6)Safety and Precautions

1) It is strictly forbidden to start the motor stirring when there is no material liquid/full material liquid.

2) Reverse operation is strictly prohibited.

3) It is strictly forbidden to touch the rotating parts during operation.

4) Pay attention to the safety of electricity use, do not press the button with wet hands.

5) When the temperature in the equipment exceeds 150 degrees, please give special instructions when ordering.

7)Maintenance

1) The lubricating oil of the reducer is 40# oil, and its refueling amount should be within the indicated height. Too much oil will cause stirring and heat, while too little oil will destroy the oil film of the eccentric shaft pump and cause heat to rise, resulting in a temperature rise. When starting to use, replace the secondary lubricating oil within 1 month, and then replace the lubricating oil once within 3-4 months.

2) After opening the low head, unscrew the bolts at the bottom of the rotor U-shaped groove, check the scraper every four months and replace the scraper.

3) Open the bottom bearing every two months, check the wear of the bottom bearing, and replace the bottom bearing if necessary.

4) According to the nature of the material, the inner cylinder should be soaked and cleaned with warm water or solvent regularly.

5) Add sealing fluid to the mechanical seal cavity once a month, and the sealing fluid is 20# mechanical oil.
