1. According to the design concept of industrial reaction system, the product has added distillation function on the basis of single reaction synthesis, it can make distillation after the reaction, and remove low-boiling substances in the material, such as solvent, water, etc.; |
2. The condenser adopts an abdominal wall vertical condenser, which increases the heat exchange area, and adds a low-temperature jacket to keep the cold outside, which increases the processing capacity during the distillation process and reduces the energy loss caused by the environmental impact on the equipment. |
3. The product collection tank is added, which is convenient to operate. After the reaction is completed, open the bottom valve and discharge the material. |
4. The product is designed with a liquid phase reflux distributor, which is switched by valve operation. If closing the valve to make reaction, the low-boiling point solvent or catalyst is heated, volatilized and then returned to the reaction kettle through cold trap cooling. If opening the valve to make distillation, the low boiler evaporates after being heated, and the steam enters the collection tank through the reflux distributor after condensing |

5. The collection tank is connected to the return distributor with the method of the broadened mouth connection. The pipeline is made of PFA material, which has better anti-corrosion performance and intuitive observation. This design replaces hard connections of glass to reduces the risks of glass instruments’ damages during use or disassembly. |
6. The solid feeding is changed to a screw cap design, which is convenient to open/close. The material is made of PTFE, and a sealing ring is added to the sealing part connected to the reaction kettle to improve the air tightness of the system; |

7. The volume of the dripping tank is increased, which improves the processing capacity of the whole device; |
8. The on-site pressure gauge display is added to the reaction kettle to ensure real-time observation of pressure changes during the reaction/distillation process to prevent the pressure from being held back in the reaction kettle. The pressure gauge is selected from high-precision products with an accuracy level of 1.0; |

9. All valves are made of PTFE material, which has better sealing performance and is more convenient to clean/replace; |
