In the whole set, the connection of each component adopts flange ball mouth or flat flange mouth, and the gasket material is PTFE. The design of the whole system has better air tightness, and it is easy to install/disassemble and not easy to be damaged.
The overall frame adopts a movable integrated lfting design, which has a compact and beautiful appearance. The surface of the frame is treated with anti-corrosion spray. During the cleaning process of the reactor body, the kettle body can be easily lifted and lowered by rotating the handle.
The kettle body can be easily rotated, all the connecting parts are assembled, and the kettle body is easy to disassemble and clean in the later stage.
This new design greatly solves the problems of compact space and cumbersome operation for customers, and can be used in a fume hood.
1. The glass bafle is added inside the reactor body, and the baffle design can be added to the jacket to ensure that the kettle body is heated evenly, improve the heat transfer coefficient of the equipment, and ensure the high precision of temperature control of the reactor.
