Description of product features:
The device can be used for hydrogenation, dehydrogenation, oxidation, reforming, cracking and other reactions under normal pressure or under pressure. The device adopts fixed bed, trickle bed and other types of reactors, generally adopts open electric heating furnace, and can also adopt circulating heat transfer oil or steam heating method according to process requirements.
The device adopts a stainless steel reactor, and the electric heating furnace adopts a furnace tile electric heater. The temperature is automatically controlled by an AI intelligent instrument, which can measure the axial temperature distribution of the catalyst bed in the reactor and the catalyst hot spot temperature.
The reaction gas can be multi-channeled, and the mass flow controller is used to realize the feed flow control. The reaction liquid is fed by a high-pressure metering pump (advection pump), the flow rate is accurate and controllable, and the outlet pressure of the pump is designed and selected according to the reaction process. The reaction pressure of the system adopts imported pneumatic regulating valve or back pressure valve for automatic/manual adjustment and control, which can be adjusted within the range of 0-20.0MPa, and the pressure range is designed according to the process requirements. The reaction temperature, pressure, and flow rate of the whole device are all controlled remotely by computer, and have automatic temperature control, pressure alarm functions, real-time data collection, historical data query, etc.
