Definition:

It is known from batch rectification that: in batch rectification, the concentration of distillate is changed with the progress of distillation operation. In order to keep the concentration of distillate unchanged, continuous distillation process can be used to solve it.

A typical continuous rectification process is as follows: after the raw material liquid is heated to a specified temperature by a preheater, it is fed into the feed plate of the tower and merged with the reflux liquid descending from the upper part of the tower, then descends plate by plate, and finally flows into the column. in the reboiler. On each layer of the tray, the reflux liquid and the rising vapor are in contact with each other for mass and heat transfer. During operation, part of the liquid is continuously taken out from the column bottom reboiler as the column bottom product (or the column bottom liquid is discharged), part of the liquid is vaporized, and the generated vapor rises through each layer of trays in sequence. The top vapor enters the condenser and is fully condensed, and part of the condensate is sent back to the top of the tower by a pump or by a potential difference as a reflux liquid, and the rest is sent out as a top product after passing through the cooler.

The stainless steel continuous rectification device is mainly composed of a column kettle reboiler, a rectification column, a column top condenser, a reflux ratio distributor/reflux tank, column internals, a raw material tank, a column top collection tank, a column kettle collection tank, a pump, a control It is composed of main components such as the system. All equipment materials are made of 316L stainless steel. The structure design of the tower kettle reboiler is mainly selected and designed according to the processing capacity and process requirements. The heating method mainly adopts heat transfer oil/steam, and the reboiler generally adopts an external Tube heat exchangers or built-in coils are used for cooling at the top of the tower, and circulating cooling water is mainly used for heat exchange. Since the cooling tower is generally not installed on the site of the experimental scale, the small test or pilot test is generally equipped with external circulating refrigeration equipment.

The continuous distillation unit is equipped with various specifications and models, which can be selected and matched for different product refining needs. The connection parts of the continuous distillation equipment are all connected by flanges, which are very convenient for installation and replacement, and the sealing performance is more reliable. The material pipeline is based on the processing capacity. Requires selection of ferrule or flange form.

The control system of the device adopts PLC integrated control. The automatic control system can view the stored historical process data through the viewing process interface, and can access the curves of various process parameters to achieve precise control of pressure, temperature and flow rate and system stability. Return mode: liquid level difference return/forced return, the liquid level difference return is controlled by the return ratio distributor (ASK patented product), and the return ratio adjustment range is 1:99/99:1; it can also be controlled by a return tank + pump to achieve Reflux ratio adjustment.

Control system: PLC integrated control to realize temperature, pressure, reflux ratio, flow, liquid level, stirring speed control and real-time data acquisition.

Optional:

Vacuum system, heating cycle unit, refrigeration cycle unit, high and low temperature integrated machine: domestic/imported for customers to choose.
