The pilot-scale/industrial wiped-film evaporation device can be used in combination with single or multiple wiped-film evaporation systems, mainly for the separation of multiple components in the mixture or to improve the purity of single-component separation. The main equipment consists of raw material tanks, wiped film evaporators , external condenser, cold trap, valve and pipe fittings, inlet/outlet pump, vacuum system, control system and other main components, all equipment materials are made of 316L stainless steel, the structure design of wiped film evaporator is mainly based on the processing capacity and process The type selection design is required. The heating method mainly adopts heat transfer oil/steam, the heat exchanger generally adopts the external tube heat exchanger or the built-in coil type, and the cooling mode mainly adopts the circulating refrigerant for heat exchange.
