Product Introduction
The advantages of stainless steel continuous wiped film evaporation device are high heat transfer efficiency, fast evaporation speed and short material residence time, so it is especially suitable for the evaporation of heat-sensitive substances. It has the characteristics of large production capacity, high efficiency, and short heating time of materials. It is suitable for dilute solution concentration in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. The parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and durability.
In heat exchange engineering, scraped thin film evaporators are widely used. Especially for the heat exchange of heat-sensitive materials (for a short time), the wiper is beneficial to the heat exchange, and through the different design of the wiper, the distillation of complex products can be carried out.
The wiped film evaporator is used for evaporative concentration, desolvation, stripping, reaction, degassing, deodorization (gas) odor, etc., and has achieved good results. It can also be successfully used in the evaporation and distillation of materials containing solid particles, crystallization, polymerization, scaling, etc.
The wiped film evaporator has a heat exchange area of 0.2 square meters and is made of 316L stainless steel. The temperature resistance range is from normal temperature to 200 °C, and the temperature difference is 100 °C. The heat transfer oil heating circulation system is used to circulate and heat the wiped film evaporator to achieve negative pressure operation.
The control system device is controlled by PLC integrated control system as a whole. The whole system includes explosion-proof control cabinet, PLC module, input and output module, desktop computer, configuration software, frequency converter, electrical components, etc. The field instrument sensor communicates with PLC through analog signal. Communicate and realize automatic control of the system.
The configuration interface software realizes PID process interface display, historical curve, automatic data collection and table generation, upper and lower limit alarm functions, etc.
Control points include temperature display, pressure display and control, flow display and control, stirring speed regulation, start and stop of vacuum pump and material conveying pump, etc.
