The stainless steel gap distillation experimental device is mainly composed of important parts such as tower kettle, rectification tower, condenser, reflux ratio, tower top receiving tank, vacuum system, control system, etc. The system has normal pressure, reduced pressure, pressurized gap distillation It can also be used for reactive distillation experiments, and the rectification separation experiment will be carried out after the reaction is completed. The design pressure needs to be designed according to the customer's process requirements. During the pressurization operation, the equipment pressure resistance and voltage stabilization control need to be considered. In the decompression experiment operation, the manual vacuum degree adjustment is realized through the micro pressure regulating valve on the vacuum buffer tank.
In the process of intermittent rectification, the raw material liquid is added to the tower kettle at one time, and no material is added during the whole operation procedure. After the liquid in the kettle is heated to boiling, the generated steam passes through the packing layer to the tower top condenser to condense, and the condensate passes through the reflux ratio. The electromagnetic pendulum realizes reflux/extraction, and the gap is generally used for fine products, so the raw material components are relatively large, so the reflux ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily, and at the same time, three storage tanks are prepared for the receiving tank at the top of the tower to receive the former fraction, Middle distillate, finished product, and rectification process can be switched at will.
Technical Parameters:
1. Equipment material: The part in contact with the material is 316L stainless steel, and special requirements can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Tower body: DN40, the effective packing height of the rectification tower is 1500mm, and the tower is equipped with φ4mmθ ring wire mesh packing.
3. The conventional design heating temperature of the tower kettle is 300°C, and the maximum temperature is according to different process requirements; the maximum temperature of the tower body electric heating insulation design is 250°C.
4. Maximum operating pressure: atmospheric pressure to absolute vacuum.
5. Tower kettle volume: 10L.
6. The storage tanks for extraction at the top of the tower have a volume of 2L, 5L, and 5L, and the number is 3.
7. The top condenser is equipped with a temperature control system with a temperature range of -25~200°C.
8. The electromagnetic reflux ratio is used to control the reflux/production at the top of the tower.
9. The bottom and top of the tower are equipped with imported brand pressure sensors.
10. The tower kettle is equipped with imported brand differential pressure liquid level gauge;
