The operation process of continuous rectification, the material in the raw material tank is sent to the rectification tower after the feed pump has set the flow rate, and the raw material liquid on the packing layer merges with the reflux liquid descending from the rectifying section, and descends along the overflow of the packing. Finally, it flows into the reboiler. During operation, part of the liquid is continuously taken out from the reboiler through the recovery pump as the bottom product, and part of the liquid is vaporized to generate rising steam that passes through the packing layer in turn, and is finally condensed in the top condenser, and the cooled condensate One part is refluxed into the tower, and the other part is returned to the receiving tank at the top of the tower by self-flow. Two reflux methods are designed, one is to control the reflux/production ratio by setting the time of the electromagnetic reflux ratio, and the other is Through forced reflux, the condensed liquid at the top of the tower flows into the reflux tank by itself, and then refluxes after setting the flow rate through the reflux pump. The balance of the rectification tower is stable, and the sampling at the top of the tower is passed through the extraction pump for extraction.

The automatic control system can check the process interface, browse and check the stored historical process data, and can read the curves of various operating parameters to realize the stable adjustment of PIC and TIC. The automatic vacuum system is independently developed by our company; the bottom and top of the tower are equipped with imported pressure sensors to realize pressure monitoring and pressure drop display.
