  First of all, the original glass instrument is upgraded. When the vacuum heat preservation tower encounters high boiling point products, the glass will expand and contract due to excessive temperature, which will cause the glass vacuum layer to break and the heat preservation effect to be poor. The distillation tower has been upgraded to an electric heating thermal insulation rectification tower, which can be monitored and controlled by the supporting temperature control system; the distillation head has also been upgraded to an integrated abdominal wall type, and the condenser adopts an outer jacket with built-in serpentine double condenser tubes for cooling and condensation. The vertical or horizontal type can be flexibly selected according to the height of the site, and the steam pipeline is equipped with a tower top temperature measurement; a new glass vacuum sampling system has been developed for the tower top extraction, which will not destroy the system when sampling is required in the rectification operation. Vacuum to ensure the normal operation of the experiment; at the same time, the device is also equipped with a cold trap and a vacuum system. These components are added to prevent the low-boiling point products from being pumped into the vacuum pump during the experimental operation, and the degree of vacuum required during the experiment can also be adjusted manually. .

 

  Secondly, the recirculation ratio console has been re-developed. The new console adopts a touch screen design, and the function adopts two control modes, manual/automatic, and the automatic operation includes two modes of time control/proportional control. The reflux ratio of the traditional distillation head adopts the electronic coil to control the reflux ratio. In order to solve the problem that the electromagnetic coil will generate a high temperature when working for a long time, the electromagnetic coil will be frequently burned, which will affect the experimental operation. The R&D personnel also developed a set of pneumatic reflux ratio controller to realize Backflow/production control, the new design has stable and reliable operation, low failure rate, and can operate continuously for more than 3 months.

 

  Finally, the electric heating mantle was changed from the original magnetic stirring electric heating mantle to a stainless steel heating and temperature-controlling electric heating mantle, and the temperature was controlled accurately; the stirring was sealed by mechanical stirring and magnetic coupling, with good airtightness and stable stirring rate. For products with large processing capacity or high viscosity, stirring Better results. The tower top condenser can be equipped with a low temperature circulating unit or a chiller according to the process requirements of the user.

 

  The device consists of a four-necked flask, a customized distillation head, a distillation column, a packing, a glass straight tube, a vacuum sampler, a three-connector receiver, a receiving bottle, a cold trap, a vacuum buffer tank, a vacuum digital display meter, a vacuum pump, and a temperature sensor. , pressure sensor, stainless steel temperature control electric heating mantle, temperature control system, reflux ratio controller and other main components, there are a variety of equipment specifications and models, which can be selected and matched for different product refining needs, the glass instrument connection part adopts standard port or method The flanged ball port method is available for customers to choose. The standard port connection is fixed with a standard port clamp, which is very convenient for installation and replacement; the flange ball port needs to be fixed with an aluminum flange clamp, and the glass is sealed with a PTFE gasket.

 

  For the special requirements in the user's product test, our company can also design and customize special parts on our behalf. The whole device adopts an integrated movable frame made of aluminum profiles, which is not only beautiful, but also easy to disassemble and assemble.

 

Technical Parameters Features:

1.Equipment material: high borosilicate glass 3.3.

2.Column diameter specifications: 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 70mm, 80mm, 100mm, etc. The standard height of the distillation column is 500mm, 700mm, 1000mm, 1300mm, and the length and inner diameter can be customized if there are special requirements. Install random packings of different types and materials according to process requirements.

3.Design temperature of electric heating mantle: adjustable from room temperature to 350℃.

8.The bottom and top of the tower are equipped with imported brand temperature sensors and pressure sensors to ensure control and acquisition accuracy.

10.Vacuum buffer tank: volume 2L~10L, equipped with vacuum micro manual regulating valve and Pirani vacuum gauge.

11.The control system is divided into two control forms: PLC integrated control system, split temperature console and reflux ratio console for customers to choose, to achieve temperature, pressure, reflux ratio, stirring speed control and data acquisition and historical data query.

12.Low temperature circulator / chiller: domestic / imported for customers to choose.
