Product Introduction
The jacket body can be easily raised and lowered to facilitate filling or removal of bulk crystals. It can be rotated 0~120° for easy cleaning.
The inner layer of the glass reactor can be used for the recirculation and stirring reaction of the reaction solvent, the middle layer circulates cold or hot liquid, and the inner layer of the glass reactor can be used for high temperature reaction (maximum temperature 300 ℃); also can be used for low temperature reaction (minimum temperature 80 ℃); Vacuum can be used for negative pressure reaction. And its unique design makes testing safer and more convenient.
The double-layer glass reactor mainly utilizes the characteristics of its double-layer glass. We can put the reaction material (also called reaction solvent) in the middle layer and stir it under normal pressure or negative pressure. The jacketed reactor is injected with a constant temperature (high temperature or low temperature) hot solution or cooling liquid to heat or cool the materials in the reactor at a constant temperature, and can provide stirring. In this way, the medium (such as: freezing liquid, heating water or heating oil) in the interlayer of the glass reactor is stirred, and the cyclic reaction is carried out to achieve the purpose of heating or cooling. Widely used as equipment for modern biochemical new material synthesis experiments.
Different hot and cold circulating liquids (hot water/hot oil/refrigerated liquid) can pass through the interlayer of the glass reactor. In a sealed glass vessel, the reactants are stirred and reflected under normal or negative pressure. The fully transparent reaction process is clear at a glance. It is a pilot plant for the synthesis of modern biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals and new materials.

1. Because the material used in the glass reactor (GG17 high borosilicate glass) has excellent material and chemical properties. During the stirring process of variable frequency speed regulation, it will be relatively stable, and no spark will be generated even if the torque is large.
