Glass reactor installation steps

According to the height used, fix the circular bracket of the kettle on the vertical rod slider, put the kettle on the bracket, and use the semi-circular hoop to fix the neck of the kettle and insert it into the vertical rod slider, respectively, and then tighten the fixing screws after closing. When installing, pay attention to the verticality of the main body of the reactor.

5. Fix the stirring rod on the gear ring chuck of the main shaft of the motor. After the stirring rod passes through the middle of the cover, rotate the bearing, tighten the special connector, adjust the motor's position, and pay attention to the vertical concentricity.

6. The slider on the pole is a stainless steel multi-purpose clip, which can be fixed and adjusted in different directions and heights.

7. Insert the 40# standard port on the left side of the bottle cap into the serpentine reflux condenser, and the 40# standard port on the right side is the feed port, which is connected to the constant pressure funnel. The 24# standard port in the middle and front is the thermometer sleeve port, the back of the cap is the 34# standard port, which is a multi-functional spare port, there is a release valve at the bottom, and the upper and lower parts of the kettle are the inlet and outlet of the circulating liquid. The lower port is connected to the circulating liquid inlet, and the upper port is connected to the circulating liquid return port.

8. When installing glass instruments, it should be clean, and each interface should be smeared with Vaseline to prevent the glass from locking and then smeared with vacuum grease to prevent air leakage.

9. Press the universal wheel fixture to stir; the debugging is completed if the stirring is stable.

Be careful not to trap metal blocks, litter when material enters the equipment, and shred large pieces of hard material before entering.

The wing-shaped thermometer sheath in the glass reactor can adjust the angle arbitrarily according to the technical requirements. The adjustment angle should stop at the stop point to obtain different resistance, and the lubricating fluid in the mechanical seal cavity should be clean and free of solid particles.
